PlayStation 101 Wipers

Am loving the new 101. But can someone please explain where the controls for the wipers are.
It is probably starting me in the face but I can't find them.

I found the cursor had to be either slightly right or slightly below to select the wipers.

 

Yes they are very close when sitting in the drivers seat. Only found it by walking around. You dont want to hit the emergency brake when you want to turn the wipers on.
