The Westbound Amtrak Southwest Chief makes its early evening run across the eastern Arizona desert bound for Flagstaff, with a pair of GE P42's on point, including Amtrak #145, one of Amtrak's Heritage Units that was painted for their 40th Anniversary back in 2011. I was wondering when steam-centric screenshots would show up. (Insert Twitch LUL emote here) But on a more serious note, wonderful shots you two.

Given how last week's winner didn't match the theme, i.e. no animal was on it, unless you mean the loco is a beast... I'm just posting two wagons with pumpkin heads. I mean, double header. Super fun pun, I know. Anyway, enjoy the shot, have a laugh.
RhB ABe 4/4 IIIs head a mixed passenger and freight train over the Bernina Pass. Glorified trams (street cars) may not be the muscle traction everyone is posting here, but two of them are needed to pull longer trains up the ridiculously steep Bernia line.
It's the late 80's and it's race day in Del Mar, but it's not for the the horse race that locals have become accustomed to. A set of double headed F40's take an extra capacity running of the San Diegan to Del Mar, filled to the brim with eager motorsport fans as they head south to witness the IMSA sports car series, who have set up a temporary street course in the parking lot of the Del Mar fairgrounds. Route Used: Pacific Surfliner Locomotive Used: EMD F40PH
It's August of 1943, and a pair of FEF-3's are heading up an All-Pullman troop train bound for Evanston and points East as they speed through the sleepy town of Morgan, Utah. Route Used: Union Pacific's Wasatch Grade Locomotive Used: Union Pacific FEF-3
Have a question about this route. Why is it allowed in contest when only USA have markings on the locos but the rest of the world do not have?
Because the route itself is still available worldwide, and you can use non BNSF equipment in the screenshots, such as the Amtrak one in the screenshot above. Its the same for Chicago and Arizona Divide.
Cajon pass isn't listed on the banned list so it really isn't, but one would have to jump thru hoops to get it if they live outside the USA. Its also a very dated route so it isn't likely to win a contest anyway. The other 3 are no longer sold on steam, so they are not allowed in the contests, this also applies to Portland Terminal and the Bessemer & Lake Erie Routes as well.
It's time for some continental hillside action! A pair of OBB 1116s pull a container train on the Semmeringbahn route.

A pair of OBB 1044s head an early morning train of Rnoos wagons filled with logs past the Karl Ritter von Ghega monument at Semmering station on the Semmeringbahn route.
