Xbox Clinchfield Railway Loud Screech/hissing Noise

I was playing on the Clinchfield Railroad. I was using the CRR F7, Summer Clear, playing the Berta Coal Loading service. As i was approaching the coal cars the game made an incredibly loud (this was extremely loud) hissing/screeching noise. When i paused the game, the noise persisted for a moment. I did not activate the emergency brake as i was only using the independent brake. Has thise ever happened before and is there a way to fix it?

I'm sorry no I nearly had a heart attack when it happened so i didn't think of making one.
