PC Crr F7 Gauge Lights State Not Restored After Game Save

If you start the game from a game save the state of th gauge lights is not restored. The setting is OK, but the light is not working. You need to turn the gauge light off and on again to make it work.

 

Same with the cab lights on both locos, and the SD40 number plates

I've noticed similar results adding adding cars to a train, and switching from the head end to the rear. Gauge lights and a few other cab elements reset.
