Tsw2 World Map (idea)

I thought it would be cool if TSW 2 had a world map showing all the routes highlighted on a 2D atlas. I wouldn't know how to make it, it's just a suggestion for someone who can.

 

It would mainly be a big blob on one region of Germany

I was having a go with Google My Maps anyway so I thought I'd quickly mock something up for the UK:



I have to say, it looks somewhat underwhelming. If DTG were to release such a map, that would give the impression that there are hardly any routes for this game anyway. Just a guess as to why such a map doesn't exist.

OTOH, I agree, it should be easier to find out where exactly a route is and how long it is.

I just checked the UK DLC list on Steam, and for some routes like the GWR (where the end points are not in the title of the DLC), it's not at all obvious where they start and end! At least the description on Steam doesn't properly state it. (The word 'Reading' does not appear on this page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/...?curator_clanid=38006524&curator_listid=67137) So it would be an idea to at least make that information more accessible.

 

Yeah something like that is what I mean, good job it's not bad.
