This happen mainly once you get into higher speeds ranges,the internail system sometimes can't keepup with system screen grafics causing them to go blank,many of the german train suffer screen blackout at higher speeds.But they can kick back in sometimes.
This happens mainly on new lines at high speeds. Just look outside the end of the train and then return to the cab. The Dosto driver also suffers from this problem. This issue also affects the PS4 platform.
