This route runs along an old B&O branch line between Petersburg, WV and Green Spring, WV where it interchanges freight with CSX. CSX provides a grain train to the railroad at Green Spring as well as a local for Hagerstown that drops cars off tri weekly. In addition to the mainline traffic, there's also a scale track used to weigh coal trains for Baltimore & Brunswick off of the West End and Sand Patch. The line uses a mix of GP9s and GP38-3s, as well as F units painted in B&O and C&O livery, and the railroad's blue livery.
