In addition to this: when driving this service in the other direction, the final stopping point is also on top of the buffers. So I am unable to complete the service. I tried ramming the buffers at +/- 10kmh to see if it would glitch through it, but it didn't work.
Something went wrong. They certainly didn't test this. The new update has not yet resolved this issue.
Agree about the final stopping point being on top of the buffers! The attached screenshot is from one of the S6 (30 min) Geithan - Leipzig Messe services. The train is touching the buffer, so not possible to move the train forward to the highlighted stopping point at Leipzig Messe!
