If people were fans of JT they would buy products directly from them You expect them to provide lots of information about their product and then buy it from elsewhere It's like going in to a Electrical Retailer to ask about an product and then buying it from Amazon If you purchased from JT you would get more scenarios then the simple Steam version

No the post was not about RSSLO. The OP has purchased two JT routes off Steam and then wondered why he could not combine them He also sent an email to JT and was upset as they had not replied thinking "I wonder if it is a serious company who cares about their fans?" Peter
Sorry, I must have got confused (happens a lot!) as the title was "RSSLO vs Steam" when I first looked at it.
You are so very wrong! My thread was about RSSLO and nothing else so I wonder why you keep writing about Just Trains? But as I got a mail from them so then the thread is not needed anymore as I got the mail just after I made this thread.
If nothing else I hope you've learnt from this, a cool head and patience, don't be so trigger happy with the submit button in future, always give a developer/creator time to respond. And then tear them a new one a week later if they still haven't..

Because I wrote a mail a few month ago but never got a reply about it so I was a little angry but now everything is ok as they replied this mail. So end of story!
