So i have my eyes on Berlin-Leipig and Munster-Bremen which are third parties routes and i have seen a step up on quality of scenery and detail compared to DTG. I have seen Berlin-Leipzig on Steam website and it does not say any train that come with the route, so does anyone know if the route comes with trains?
And give me other suggestions of german routes :)

I just had a read of the Manual which you can download from the Steam page and the creator of the route has this info

There are two versions of the scenarios:
the standard version with rolling stock from the ELAP
and from the add-on as well as an "A" variant with additional rolling stock.
I've chosen the ICE2 of RSC,
    101 ExpertLine, 120 ExpertLine, 151 ExpertLine and the 112 ExpertLine from virtual-Railroads.de .
A few words on the choice of the ICE: the ICE should have LZB, the ICE2 does
The “A” variant of all scenarios is downloadable here:
    http://www.virtualtracks.net/downloads/vt-berlin-leipzig-a-scenarios.zip .
The Expert Line loco’s are available at www.virtual-railroads.de. The ICE2 is available as Steam DLC.

So as long as you have the European Loco and Asset Pack which has the DB 101, DB 143, DB 151, DB 220 and DB 294
    https://store.steampowered.com/app/208300/Train_Simulator_European_Loco__Asset_Pack/
the you will be able to run the standard scenarios

I recommend the Konstanz-Villigen route (which is real) and the Im Köblitzer Bergland route (which is imaginary). Both on are on Steam and both have unequalled quality of scenery modelling. The K-V route comes with a selection of Virtual Railroad's rolling stock which are also excellent. The locos have been made a little less advanced in this package, but they are still good.

That´s so confusing... But thanks for the explanation. I´ll try routes that already have locos included with it

    IGNORE this route
    https://store.steampowered.com/app/..._Forest_Journeys_FreiburgHausach_Route_AddOn/
It was made earlier on and is rather poor by comparison

Munich - Augsburg and Munich - Rosenheim are ok but not much to do apart from end to end journeys

If you get Konstanz - Villingen
    https://store.steampowered.com/app/621922/Train_Simulator_KonstanzVillingen_Route_AddOn/
the route was extended to Hausach
