PlayStation Spawning In At Random Stations Without My Player Train

As the title suggests, my train wasnt spawning in and i was at random places within the senario editor.
I did have a video but the file was to large

 

Put the video into smaller parts then the file should be small enough

 

Will do, when my laptop stops updating.

 

Here's the issue though, it's also happening to me. But not with thw scenario planner. It's in the actual timetable, specifically with LIRR 738 (9:30am Penn to Hempstead). It'll load, the train will be in Penn, but you'll he elsewhere. So far I've spawned at Stewart Manor, Floral Park, Westbury and Mineola I have a base PS4. Have every DLC except for maybe 2, I selected both the M3 and M7. I've tried two other trips and they spawned where I'm suppose to be. On the train in Penn. Bit 738 seems to be the one that does this so far
