PC Lirr Climb Platform Anywhere In Westbury Not Working

In Westbury, you still cannot climb the platform anywhere. Climbing at the ladders still works. This is for both platforms.

Same issue in Hicksville.

 

Pretty sure is due to the fact is a bit high to climb anywhere so its only the ladders

 

You know. These platforms has always been complicated. One time, i was running and i went down on the fairway too fast than i was stuck between the 2 rails.
