I'm a big fan of scenario planner and use it a lot to make big stations and routes busy with AI traffic with different rolling stock. However it's frustrating the lack of consistency across multiple routes in which some have a wide platform/path choice, others do not. Here are some example of routes that need updating platform/path-wise (feel free to add any routes below you think are worth a mention): East Coastway: Brighton - Missing platforms 3, 4, 5 etc. Lewes - Can't drive any passenger services between platforms 1 and 2 (only used as a freight path to Newhaven), missing platform 5 completely which is annoying as it is used in timetable mode on Lewes-Brighton shuttle. Eastbourne - Platform 1 completely missing. LGV: Only two platforms can be used in Scenario Planner at Marseille. It's probably the most pointless route for Scenario Planner in it's current form with hardly any stations to choose from anyway. Southeastern High Speed: Missing St Pancras platform 13. Rhein Ruhr Osten/Ruhr Sieg Nord: Very limited platform choice for Hagen. Peninsular Corridor: Not played it in a while but I think SF gives you only two options unlike that of timetable mode. On the contrary, routes I feel do very well at platform/path selection choice include Great Western, Long Island, and the since updated Northern Trans-Pennine.
Whilst I do feel as though you make a good point about GWE, I do wish I could use the bay platform at Hayes & Harlington as a terminus along with just the bay platforms at Slough in general
