PC Lirr Service 1910 To Belmont, Arrivaltime Not Scheduled

For service 1910, departure 11:01 for NY Penn to Belmont, for Belmont no arrival time is set in the schedule. Is this intentional or a bug? I cannot see this in the description of the service. See image below.

 

I'm on PS4 and since TSW2020, I've never seen an arrival time for Belmont. Seeing how it's a special service (only when the horses are running) and only takes a few minutes from Jamaica.
