Now im not going to be negative like most people here are the good things I saw. 1) A Freight service well engineers train which is good. 2) rail tours always a nice edition 3) Armstrong powerhouse sounds and involvement. 4) Choo Choo plant collectibles 5) 6 scenarios these are a few things ive seen, now remember this was a Dev build so things are not finished yet. they have 12 days which matt said Cleary that this is not the finished product and things will change
I like the look of this route, has about five combinations of journeys on it to give variety plus it's good to see as you say a Railtour and freight included too. I'd like to see the platforms that the London bound trains use be filled with the loco and carriages from the NTP route but not driveable just to make Glasgow look busy so you don't have empty platforms
I notice the br class 314 has multiple brake setting,is this going to be opposite of dealing with the br class 101 gear system?
No, clearly there should be period-appropriate stock. But the fact is empty rail yards and nicely modeled but lifeless, barren main line stations have always been an immersion-killing feature of TSW(2). It's likely due to memory and performance limitations, I suppose, but let's hope that the 4.26 upgrade and optimization at least begin to solve the problem. What would "Rush Hour" be without a busy Victoria, South Station, Hamburg Hbf or Glasgow Central?
Im looking forward to it. Used it as a boy. I hope for a modern unit, but i think this will require more than just ...throttle
I have long maintained that DTG should take a page from LIRR and create static dummy rolling stock without physics models, just to occupy otherwise empty trackage.
I’m also looking forward to it. The choice of routes will be different and they are not too long so you can do a few in a sitting if you want. And the AP sounds!
