Looks like it's had a community track upgrade, the AP weather pack (payware) and probably RWEnhancer (payware) applied, possibly other enhancements as well. Not sure how prototypical it is taking 300T liquid iron torpedoes out on the main line. It wouldn't happen in the UK as far too dangerous and too far between sites. Maybe they do things differently in DE.
Use Google to translate the webpage - you get the hang of it. If you can not find any of the Assets ask a question - In English - and you will get a reply in English It has not had the AP weather pack - the route was released before that pack and it Uses DB tracks - not the weedy things they have in the UK Well they do run such trains in Germany - go around the Ruhr area and you will see them

That video has deffo got the AP weather pack in it. Fair weather clouds before the recent update. On the main line? Have you got any examples? Genuinely interested. In the UK these things rack up high mileage shuttling between blast furnace and BOS plant on the private railways in steelworks, but never on the main line as too dangerous and no need.
