Rivet Games should reveal soon the number of trains included in there west cornwall local route so how many do you think they will create for it?(1/2/3) Plus what do you think the top 3 should be for the route?(Yes i know RG doing 3 different trains is a long shot but miracles can happen.(Truthfully the biggest miracle we all pray for is a fully tested debugged route but that a next level miracle compared to getting another route with 3 train included).
They will be building one new train for this route. The route will contain other trains from TSW as well. This is the latest word from Rivet. Current front runners are a brand new Sprinter and a reused HST.

Sorry, I meant front runners in community speculation on the forum (I was sort of answering the question of what should be made from the original post in that bit). Rivet haven’t said anything other than they are building one train that is new to TSW and reusing existing trains as well. The DTG code for the route in the roadmap includes reference to a diesel hydraulic train being in the route, and as sprinters are diesel hydraulics and they run on the route in the time period, it’s fairly good guess that there will be one made. Nothing confirmed though, I’m afraid.
Seeing how this is rivet games 3rd route and will be there 5th tsw1/2 effort for the game,doing more then one train shouldn't be that big a chore by now.Plus to many one train routes may in time make that $30.00 price tag hard to keep paying,plus just adding in locos already in game doesn't count as something new.(And i'm not referring to senario planner or off the rails mode).
Fun fact: DTG already made the FGW livery for the HST in GWE (and the class 166), but it's locked from the player in the game because of GWR apparently only wanting its new shiny green livery showing up in the game. Some on PC have been able to force unlock it, but it would be nice if DTG could work it out with GWR so they can unlock the FGW liveries for player use.
At the time, gwr were in the stage of rebranding, most of their trains were still in fgw. They might have worried that it would create a false sense with their branding, so they took the safest option and only allowed gwr. However today most trains are in gwr green and this would no longer be a problem. Dtg need to push first group
Am sorry but rivet done 2 routes and both were bugged. I have little faith that this 3rd route will be the same. We shall see.
I get the feeling the incredibly slow pace Rivet are moving with WCL and 38 LU Stock they are taking their time to make sure it's better. Rightfully so.
3 because you get Class 150 Pacer & HST. Of those trains only Class 150 & Pacers get 1989 paint for TVL
