Please can you increase the volume of the run sounds on the NTP Class 47. It’s almost silent in the cab at 70mph (engine sounds excluded ) as an experiment I got the engine on its own, got it to 70mph and turned the engine off……very very quiet. The run sounds should be much louder. There’s also no brake rub either, like the class 45 has both of these features, why not the CL47?
It's such a shame. They vastly improved the engine sound which used to be unbearable but the wheels now make no sound whatsoever. I hope this is on somebody's radar for a fix soon, after all, the class 47 is the most numerous BR diesel class and deserves to make itself heard.
All they need to do is copy the run sounds and brake rub sounds from the Class 45 - that loco is good. Fairly easy job I’d imagine.
Just been watching this……. https://youtu.be/jtGKHOyx02o listen to how noisy those things are. Particularly 17m40 - loco on its own doesn’t sound anything like TSW2…. The game is practically silent. Like it’s got slippers on or something. Haha
