It's May of 1993. Union Pacific Challenger 3985 (masquerading as fallen sister 3967) joins onto the Sherman Hill #3 track at Speer, Wyoming. The locomotive is pulling a special trip commemorating the 40th anniversary of Union Pacific's first excursion train by recreating said train (hence the renumbering) with a roundtrip from Denver, CO to Laramie. Arguably one of the most well-known and loved locomotive types of not only Amtrak, but of the United States as a whole. (I had to take the screenshot with the headlights off due to me swapping the flares out for more prototypical ones). Locomotive: EMD F40PH Route: Donner Pass
The Acela Express, the only high speed train and therefore, the fastest in the United States of America. Trainset: Acela Express Route: Washington - Baltimore
I guess DTG is happy to play along the Where Am I, but I think this one is Donner Pass / Truckee, and the next one is NEC South. (The rules, the rules!)
So, it's one thing that the Standard Cab and the Hood Unit and The F are very typical American. We have the Nohab, neighbors have EMD. But! As a fan of 1960s race cars, including the Ford Falcon and Mustang, of the era marking the end of rail travel as we knew it, I can't skip... The Aerotrain (route is I think Colton & Northern but w/e really, if this wins I'll be very surprised - it's for the thematic value, also inviting someone to share a better quality one)!

I agree, the Amtrak P32AC-DM that came with the Hudson Line:New York-Croton Harmon route appears to have an updated and more slightly more detailed mesh than the Metro North P32AC-DM that was released a few years prior
