I picked up GCC the other day and I've been enjoying it so far, although I've had 4 crashes on the route so far. Two at Pollokshields East, one at Mount Florida, and one at Muirend. These crashes are consistent but they've been happening all over the route. The route doesn't seem that performance intensive but I haven't had this on any other route so I'm not sure if it's my standard PS4s fault.

No problems on PS4 Pro not even a performance drop but to be sure have you touched the Livery Editor just before playing a service ? That might be the cause and this is when it happens to me

Yeah never do anything else after using the livery editor as copying liveries do. Always shut down the game and launch it again and you won’t get any crashes

I was doing around and around, from a save. When I stopped at the station, their was a red light, so when started, said I had went past.

The save function is broken since TSW1 you always have to do a service at one take otherwise you wasted your time you won’t finish it by resuming the save

Agreed, but have used as a last result and sometimes it works. Also it does help sometimes when something seems broken. One that springs to mind, but have been others. I was at the end of a scenario and had to close the loco down. The last thing it wanted me to do was to remove the key. I tried for ages and could not select it. So a case of save and load the save back in, or give it up as a bad job. I did a save, loaded it back in, I was then able to select the key, remove it and it came up complete and gave me whatever it was that I had earned. I have had a few other instances like this where the save has made it able for me to complete something. But as I said, I only use it as a last result.

For someone like me, who rarely has the time to complete a scenario or service in one session, the save function is my lifeline and, fortunately, has never let me down. It's curious how it simply does not work reliably for many players, though.

Yeah I don’t understand either but it’s like gambling you can’t always win
