Assuming you’ve tried getting line power by holding Pan Up button until the line light is lit? Id personally run through the 314 tutorial again to show you how to start from ‘cold’.
I remember this from a stream too. The overhead wires don't "do" anything. The track has whether it is electrified and the voltage, that is what the train looks for. I'm kind of think this might have been said on a launch or demo stream for SEHS but I don't think that enough to go check . Paul
Optional Turn on DSD (panel on back wall) Optional Turn on TPWS Insert Master Key and turn on Set Reverser to Neutral Press and hold the Auxiliary Set button for 5 seconds (or until AWS beeps) Reset AWS Press Pan Up to raise pantograph and close mcb - confirm Line light shows yellow Switch lights to Head/Marker Lights Press Indicator Dimmer to set High Press Distin & Route to turn on headboard light Set Reverser to Forward Release the brakes Apply power with throttle to move Note: This is from a guide I'm slowly building up for every locomotive (yes I know its not a locomotive on CCL - you know what I mean lol) with Startup, Shutdown for change end, Shutdown, and Emergency Recovery. I will release it when I've got some more content in there. Paul
I'm not sure how it got down in the first place, but.... to raise the panto you have to hold the button down, you can't just tap it.
That's how TSC is set up, but by having almost everything tied directly to the track, it ultimately is limiting.
How is it limiting? If they put enough options into how things are configurable it can be just as "open" doing it through the track as through another means
BTW: Do you know who is the man and the woman at the UFO-crash site? Is the man the one whos mother comes from Scotland (Aberdeen)?
But we can not find it, I have unlocked it in the Mastery, and also activated it in the game, it now as the GPS icon, like all of the others Then again, I have unlocked all the Mastery except for the Clinchfield (can not complete the Journey), and I can not see any of them anywhere
Off topic but I spent the other day looking for the music festival on GWR and couldn’t see it, turns out it’s nearly off the map at reading at the train depot
Head to or from Neilston = its pretty hard to miss - especially if you do a service in the dark. If you still cannot find it check out the last video on my stream you'll see it. Paul
Yeah it does now you mention it. Can't say I really care about it too much tbh. I know it's just an unlockable but it's not needed in a "sim" game, just more pandering to the casual player.
Agree, just like the collectibles. I appreciate people like hunting for stuff, I’d rather them just be there while I focus on driving. Although I appreciate that you have the option not to collect them, although wish they where in situe already
I would have preferred if it was further from the tracks, I think it would make discovering it a lot more rewarding...
Step 5 below is likely the one you're missing Turn on DSD (panel on back wall) Turn on TPWS Insert Master Key and turn on Set Reverser to Neutral Press and hold the Auxiliary Set button for 5 seconds (or until AWS beeps) Reset AWS Press Pan Up to raise pantograph and close mcb - confirm Line light shows yellow Switch lights to Head/Marker Lights Press Indicator Dimmer to set High Press Distin & Route to turn on headboard light Set Reverser to Forward Release the brakes Apply power with throttle to move
