Sorry if this has been asked before but what exactly is the reason that not all trains are in livery editor? And why were some previously and not any more (for example Class 483 IOW which I did a livery for when it was first released but now understand that it is not available)?
The pres coll ones aren’t in liv des because of the way that they were brought over to tsw2 . The 483 liveries are a known issue and a fix is being worked on
