Add Clinchfield Branches Nora And Fremont With Tipples

It would be great to add the Fremont and Nora-branches in an update of the Clinchfield railroad with tipples and the big coalmines att Moss and Bluediamond. A lot of different coaltipples on these branches would make a lot of opportunity for great scenarios I think.
Also a new scenariopack for the Clinchfield railroad would be great!

 

I haven't played the route yet. But route improvements are always a good idea.
