Since the announcement that DTG were going to update the Portsmouth Direct line I thought that DTG could also update the WCML north route which was launched back in 2011. The New version should not only include updating the original route with new scenery and Superelevation etc. But also adding areas like the Glasgow suburban lines, The Carstairs-Edinburgh section and the Shap route to Preston. To explain why i want the route extended to Preston as both Routes were developed by Keithmross I think it would make sense to have them merged together as one long route. The Era I would prefer this route to be set in would be the BR era during Sectorisation as it would add a lot of variety for scenario creators.
the only problem with one long route is it would be low fps and continuously dumping the files but other than that I would love to see this route
