Would love to see the South Devon main line from Exeter to Plymouth done. Be great if it included the Riviera line from Exmouth to Paignton as well. There would be good operational interest with the Exmouth-Paignton services having to swop ends at Exeter St David's. A good range of loco types being used on local branch services, wider regional and cross country intercity services as well. Freight services also feature along the route with China clay workings, timber and ballast trains. And of course the fantastic scenery along the famous South Devon coastline, rolling hills and Moors.
CrossCountry will never come to TSW 2 and possibly future TSW’s due to arriva whom are the parent company of CrossCountry are no longer issuing licencing to use their brands
The ending of licenses is due to DB putting Arriva up for sale, so maybe once it's sold they will be willing to license again (depending on the new owner/parent company). So I wouldn't say never, but probably not soon.
Hello, Could you do the Seehäsle line from Stockach to Radolfzell? It is a branch line on Lake Constance. From time to time there is also a carrier here. Up to Stockach there is an almost constant gradient of 1%. There are also intermediate stations: Stockach, Nenzingen, Wahlwies Stahringen, Haselbrunnen and Radolfzell. You can find more information on Google or if you search for Seehäsle. DANGER!!! We continue to Stockach, but this route is no longer in operation. VG
