Introduction: This route serves a leg of both Northern Trains and Transpennine Express services between Blackpool North and Edinburgh to Manchester Airport. I believe this will provide both DTG and third-party creators with huge amounts of passenger potential. This can also be an opportunity for new rolling stock that can also be used on other routes like the upcoming third-party Chat Moss, Missing Link and WCML North & Scotland routes. I'd love to see more electified routes in the north depicted in the game such as this one. Good suggestion!
I did start this back in TS2017, all track was in including the line to Wilmslow via Stockport and the line to Blackburn from Bolton. Kind of stopped working on it a few years back to focus on Leeds-Settle-Carlisle.
