I take it the red light bug on the Freight Exchange scenario has been forgotten about. How long has this route been out now?
It hasn't been forgotten about. Adam said they had resolved it in a roadmap stream. It will eventually go through QA and possibly other fixes/improvements in the route need to be done. If you need the achievement now it is possible to pass the red lights at very low speeds.

It has to be at a lower speed (barely moving at 0km) which is only really achievable by setting the direct brake slightly and then a small amount of power. It is tedious so I'd just be patient and wait for the fix.
It's pretty annoying it takes them SOO long to fix this. Could've been pushed forward a bit in the release right?
Hopefully, the Rush Hour release will include the bug fix, because it's still broken at the moment (and the passenger train in the opposite direction doesn't move either).
