I would say this is a known issue at DTG. I have created a livery for the baby bullet but it doesn’t show up as usable for regular running outside of scenario designer.
Since the beginning it’s like that I think it’s because unlike EMUs they’re separate in the game you can only do a livery on the locomotive then the coach and cab car so it acts differently like for the Dostos by exemple
