I noticed on the stream tonight that when Matt used the game controller to put his head out of the cab on Bakerloo, the head out was on the wrong side of the train.

I knew as soon as I saw its on that side someones not gonna be happy! Maybe we could have a setting to select which side it defaults to

It just needs to be the side the driver is on. For it to be a head out view, the driver has to be able to stick their head out easily and not have to stretch their neck across the cab.

It's supposed to be defaulting to the drivers side, or if there's a platform nearby, the side of the platform... I will go talk to the team tomorrow :)

On a PS4 with out a keyboard how do you stick you head out of the window. Also are there routes this does not work on? I do have a keyboard but do not use it that often,

Currently, you need to select the classic controller scheme from the settings menu and then when playing press the right stick on the controller to bring up the camera menu, where the headout cameras can be selected. I believe the GWE trains, HST and Class 166 don’t have headout cameras available.
