PC An Error Showing Up Despite Downloading Needed Components.

I recently downloaded TSW2 on epic games but when I tried to run it, an error appears (see the attached picture), I downloaded it, restarted but still the same error message when going to attempt to launch the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

You need to download this from Microsoft and then should run perfectly.

I already did download them but still the same error
