Just some ideas for diorama’s in game. Feel free to add your own.
    • Busker
    • Workmen on or near the tracks at random locations.
    • Workmen on platforms (maybe using a cherry picker to change high light bulbs, etc).
    • Window cleaner/Cleaners
    • Ice cream/Balloon/Gift stalls on platforms (maybe limited to WSR).
    • Disabled passengers/family groups for a more accurate depiction of people in the game.
    • Litter
    • Luggage
I also suggested a ghost or two in the Bakerloo tunnels on stream last night. Well, we do have a UFO in Glasgow!

...the TSW 2020 dioramas were pretty good (especially the New York skyline from LIRR), but through the routes that have been added since then, there is of course room for new variations. I would like to see a beautiful rock formation from "Cane Creek" or an alpine diorama from "Arosa Line".

A ghost in the tunnel sounds funny, but I think it isn't mass compatible. An AC4400 is much to large to press it into a tube diorama! ;)

It’s a different kind of diorama being suggested. DTG are calling new little scenes within the gameplay as dioramas, so the things suggested above will appear periodically and randomly on the platforms and elsewhere to be seen as you drive past. It’s not the menu screen dioramas.

It’s bound to cause this kind of confusion because it’s an incorrect use of the word diorama. The new scenes are not actually dioramas but that may be what little set scenes of characters are called in game development. I don’t know.

    On LIRR: muggings
On SFJ: at the San Francisco end, homeless men defecating on the sidewalk

Thanks for the explanation. So these are little animations or interactions of NPCs, like in other open world games. That means they will be appear or set in certain places along a route, like stations or depots. Sounds good, now I understand the ghost proposal. ;) I read the article about passangers and we also can expect to see no longer cloned twins in the same clothes, because there also will be more fashion variety.

Brilliant ideas! Would be great if we had trainspotters with phones/cameras and a notebook with a pencil.

I think the bakerloo should have no passengers to emulate the strikes.
