PlayStation Rhein Ruhr Osten Also Not Installing Ps5

As many have mentioned already i also have same issues with GWE.

However i also can't get RRO installed either has a code of CE-107857-8 not sure if this is due to be sorted later like GWE hopefully but thought I would raise it.

I think I have found a solution for this error. I had to reset the console to factory settings
