Not available yet to buy on steam but only four days away from it’s release. I believe that there will be a 10% discount on release, so can someone at DTG confirm how long the 10% discount will remain on the product. If it is before release then it should be available now to order. As there is no opportunity to order now it would be good if the discount remained until a week today. DTG please advise.
On stream they said there would be a launch discount on PC and Playstation but not Xbox. They did not say what the percentage would be (typically in the past it has been 10%). They did not say how long it would last.
Of course all platforms except Xbox Oh well , it’s not dtg’s decision , and we have just had a big sale
Yeah its a bit of a bummer. I've heard other publishers complain about the same thing that the pricing is dictated on Xbox...
Has anyone placed an order, as it is still not yet available on Steam or in the Microsoft store! With the update pushed back to Thursday the update will come with the launch of the new Boston Route, which could mean that there will be no pre-launch discount as previously indicated.
It is now available to buy on steam, but at full price with no discount. I'm unsure as to whether this will change.

Don't worry, you're not the only one. Probably going to do what Thunder said. I know it's only £3.50 or so, but that could help buy another game or DLC down the road, so it's always worth saving money where you can.

It's already the second time (since DB BR 101) that the discount is missing. Not going to blame anyone but it's really wierd.

It says within a week, so that doesn't mean it'll take a full week. In my experience, I usually get in the same day as I have asked for the refund. They put that in case there's an issue and it takes longer usually.
If you want to ask for refund, contact Steam Support by click on "Your name" on the top right corner in Steam - Account details - View purchase history - select the purchase - Refund. The last time (BR 101) I got the refund pretty quickly, but not instant.
Don't worry about this "a week" thing. Usually you will get your money back within hours, not days or weeks. My experience is the same as stated by the other users.
Same here. Hope they get the discount up fairly soon, as I want to get a couple of scenarios done today, along with the tutorials. I was able to do the ACS tutorial, but didn't want to play for longer than 2 hours to jeopardise getting the refund so I can buy it at the discounted price.

What? The season pass will be available until at least the end of the year. The discount however, expires in 2 weeks.

Steam has a sale on 14 TSW2 products on now until September 2nd plus of course the discount on Rush Hour.
I also jumped in and bought the season ticket without realising the discount wasn't applied. I've started playing it now so I cannot be bothered refunding and repurchasing for just $5, but it would be a nice gesture to offer a credit back to ppl like me
It would be a nice gesture, even if it was just credit applied to another DLC purchase in the next 6 months. But DTG will say its Steams issue and steam will say its DTG problem and that we clicked to purchase at the full price.
My refund was denied so I guess I'm in the live with my own dumbness territory. DTG offered to give Steam a poke through their account manager so I've requested that, we shall see what happens. Paul
It's annoying...buit I cannot be bothered going through all the hassle of trying to get $5 from Steam or DTG Live and learn I guess....when new DLC releases and you dont see a 10% discount, check the forums and wait
Yeah that's essentially it, I am revelling in my own dumb . Life. If DTG manage to get it through Steam then fantastic, but if not the only person I have a right to be dirty on is myself for not looking at it properly. Paul
