PlayStation Can't Download Gwe On Ps5 Core Update

All of my DLC seems to be downloading fine as part of the new update on PS5, except for Great Western Express. An error message pops up with the error code CE-107880-4.

 

Same here with GWE, I also got a message with Rapid Transit not downloading as well. That threw up error CE-107879-2 but has since installed. GWE however has not Downloaded. I seem to believe there was a problem with GWE with getting it once it had been released from the preserved collection last year.

EDIT PS5 here (not sure if it was console specific).

Same for me on Ps5. Error CE-107880-4 its the only route that is happened

 

On the ps store it hasn't as it still won't let me download GWE

 

I am still getting an error message when trying to download it, however I'm trying to download remotely via the playstation app so when I get home I'll see if it pops up with the same error message.

I was able to download it without issue about 30 minutes ago, or at least put it into my download queue before I went out.

 

Playstation 5 store, Great western express download error.

 

Nope doesnt work as far as I am aware with DLC only full games. Tried ingame and on PS Store again and its not worked.

Not working still

 

Just tried from the PS App on my phone. It shows I've purchased it and gives me the option to download. Tap it and changes to Download queued but soon comes back with "something went wrong"

 

GWE is downloading for me right now.

 

Back on my console and still no joy...

 

Not going to lie, I'm slightly jealous as it still comes up as error for me

That's strange...i have GWE until the TSW PS4 disc version, maybe it working for the moment for the people than buying it on the PSN and nothing to have with the regionnal version of PSN ?

 

I’m finding that I can download routes from the ‘Preserved’ collection, but any routes from TSW2 (such as Arosa, Munich, Glasgow etc) are displaying pay, even though I own them. Any ideas on this. Haven’t really got a clue how this is happening and how to update the routes.

Yes I had done that for the transfer of the DLC on TSW 2 PS4. Here the PS5 DLC is displayed as purchased but download error ... Did you buy GWE in digital version on the PSN or did you have it from a disc version?

 

I bought it digitally. It was part of a bundle with TSW 2020. I didn’t buy it separately.

 

From a digitally bundle, this may be an explanation why it works for you but not separately ...

 

So, saw the updated news, tried again. Still wouldn't work.
Tried the alternative and deleted everything to reinstall. Everything reinstalls, except GWE. I dont understand how nearly 24 hours after an update, the dlc is unplayable. Its agitating especially when, as a company, the decision to mover everything together was to make things work, except its been an absolute ship-show

 

I am also still unable to download the GWE DLC. I've been trying all day.

I'm in the UK and GWE came as part of the original TSW. All other DLCs have installed without a problem.

 

Ditto - But as they said on the stream its more important those that cant play at all get sorted first - fingers crossed its a quick fix eventually.

 

I have been able to download, install and play Great Western Express on TSW 2 Rushour on the PS5 as of 0100 am on friday morning

I went via the PS App into Train Sim world add ons and told the app to download the GWE add on to the PS5, and its worked.

I did the above around 1850 on Thursday evening but have only just downloaded it once I got home (and sorted myself out).

There are currently 607 services 339 on GWE and 268 on Diesel legends of the Great Western

Doesn't work in still having issues trying to down load gwr literally I've deleted and 're installed game and nothing happens, u can't remotely download dlc

Working for me now also. Thank goodness.

 

Worked this morning on PS5 all DLC now complete. And looking great. It's a shame that other people having so much issues.
