No Trophy Tracking On Ps5 Tsw2

while not the end of the world I was dissapointed to see that PS5 TSW2 has no trophy tracking in it that TSW does on Steam and Xbox (inc TSW 2020!)

 

I've been playing the new PS5 update and trophies appear to be working fine?

 

Trophies are popping fine on PS5. They don't, though, track your progress towards them (i.e. you're 20% towards the 10000 mile trophy, etc.)

TSW2 doesn't take advantage of any PS5 specific features. Hopefully this is just because the developers are just getting to grips with the machine and this will be remedied in an update at some point.

I was really surprised this wasn't implemented and thought it was a given when they announced the PS5 upgrade

 

Another missed opportunity was adding the missing 6 trophies for the IOW route, there’s still only 4 trophies for it.

 

Was their supposed to be more than 4?

 

I was hoping these would be added in now, but surely as it was meant to be a core issue, the root cause is fixed now?
I could never get the 'complete all scenarios' for IOW either. Lets see if I am ok with a new profile on PS5 now

 

Yes, on Steam there are 10 achievements to unlock for IOW which brings it in line with the other route DLC.

This trophy unlocked fine for me. I did it way back when the route first came out - I think I did them via the explore menu rather than journey mode as I ditched journey mode after doing journey trophies in TSW2 core. Other than that, I don't recall doing anything different.

Hopefully it'll work for you this time around though!

I mentioned this last night on my wonderful post of failures. Memory issues was the reason they are left out. Shouldn’t be an issue now and they could have added these.

but then would leave PS4 folk in the lurch and caused more trouble than it’s worth possibly.
But then they could just add a small second IOW set in set 3 with the missions ones. Let’s hope they see this feedback
