I feel the menu lag on the PS5 version of the game may be down to loading in of the pointless 3d model of the driver when you select a route. Any chance we can have an option to get rid in a future update?

I haven’t noticed that on ps5 but have noticed that the console fan speeds up for a fraction of a second when selecting between routes for some reason. Apart from that all good so far.

Yeah there's definitely menu lag when flipping between the different routes at the start. Not game braking or anything, just doesn't look or feel good.

The menu lag is definitely a bad experience.

Ah, glad it's not just me then. A distinct buzz/vibration can be heard (SSD?) when moving left and right on the route tiles

Yeh it’s really clunky and I believe it’s all due to that 3D driver model loading up. Once it’s loaded it’s fine.

Hopefully they get rid of it as it’s ugly.

Personally I favoured the old menu.

Me too. The old menu was easier and clearer in my opinion.

I have enough routes that I would like an easier way to navigate them a horizontal list. It would be nice to combine horizontal and vertical lists to create something more easy to navigate. I'd honestly be happy if the main menu was just the same menu as in timetable mode, separated by region
