As of noon today, it is however total tosh, all the DLC still doesn't download, still isn't available for free and any downloads will be charged. reinstalling the game doesn't sort out the problem either. So while I was looking forward to a new route with others to follow, I actually find that I can't play any of the DLC I have already spent my hard earned cash on, well that's bloody marvellous. I will therefore be withholding my cash until someone at DTG has the decency to rock up and apologise for this absolute shambles of a release and give us some idea of when they intend to actually get everything working again.

 

I dont understand, people say a 'update' is coming for NON US players?!? So what do we do? We too have no DLCs and the DTG link is again saying its for EU players only?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say based on past responses I've had to reporting problems, I think DTG may suggest you move across the pond.

 

They did show up on the stream last night. I don't usually watch their streams as they're usually full of self-indulgent nonsense and attempted jokes that no-one else finds funny, but I did on this occasion. They seemed to think the whole thing was a joke.

 

They might even suggest that you ask Sony to cover for your relocations costs! Who knows

 

It sounds like it lol I also like this magical reality where North America has litterally no issues (oh and only sony makes a cockup of things) what so ever and its only Europe that can be bothered. Gosh I seen Australians post with the same problem as well

If ur Canadian the update works for you Canada is not in the us just wait till 2 pm eastern the update happens then

Somehow I don't believe his fix will be coming from a PS Europe server, so I guess he would come under the U.S. in that respect.

 

I checked the PS store for my DLC and found I'm given a free version when I click on the Preserved Collection. I downloaded the Peninsula Corridor and it works in game without crashing. The more recent DLC do not have free versions and still have prices listed on them. This appears to be Preserved Collection only.

 

This has not been confirmed anywhere on this forum! Stop spreading hearsay until JD, Nate or a member of the DTG team confirm this

You're getting hopes up and when 7pm UK/ 2pm Eastern comes and it doesn't happen, you're gonna end up with egg on your face

Then where has JD supposedly said this? You're bringing no facts to the table, no sources, nothing

i dont say this is fixed, what i say is even amateurs have their game fixed more quicker

 

But thats just that! Canada is not in the EU nor do we use the PS EU store or Servers, we're closer with the US. It even says for EU players. Lets be honest its not clear for anybody thats experiencing issues world wide when the only options and recommendations are for players not in your country and you have no way of confirming that

just click on buy and you´ll get the option to load it for free if, you already own it. You don´t have to pay again! But if the route will work is a other thing. For me 3 locos and 2 routes are still missing, but the game works...

 

The only routes that work on mine r the 3 that came with tsw 2 and peninsula corridor and east coastway even though i have downloaded all the dlc i own as well

 

The game work fine but I can’t download my routes for ex munchen-Augsburg I had it now 39.99 some dlc show up to be 0 dollars but not everyone

 

I have deleted the main game, because I was having issues getting all the add-ons I paid for. After reinstalling, ALL paid for additions (except a couple routes and locos that it tried to charge me for again) also re-downloaded and installed. BUT, when I start the game, I'm presented with the route selections, which includes only a small selection of about 5 of the 14 I own, but they're showing as a continuous line of the 5 lines repeating over, and over, and over again!! Removing the game didn't help all! NONE of the preserved routes will come up, but the Boston Sprinter that I just bought, loads just fine. I'm going to give it a couple of days before I send in a ticket, but I hope it fixes itself. It's not easy trying to access files on a PS4 like you can on a PC.
