Hey I love the new shift options, but what I am noticing when I go take a picture using the hold right joystick and then pushing down on the dpad, what is happening instead is causing first the reverser to change directions and then the picture will take. I am not sure if this was intended or not but wanted to post it here to make note of. Only have tried this on Boston. I am running 1.43 on a PlayStation slim
Yes this is an issue in the update. not all routes cause the reverser to shift first but Boston definitely does. but I also wonder why we need the down press to be such a long press before it registers the shot.
Does this happen 100% of the time? I ask only because on both PS4 and PC+Xbox controller it works fine, the only times I've moved the reverser is when I press down by itself mistakenly. The reverser on Boston is sensitive but I still think this is a case of people inadvertantly pressing down before/after holding square.
When you guys manage to take a picture are you managing to upload them to Dovetail Live? Since moving to the PS5 version I constantly have 'Upload Failed'. I added it to the Tech Reports section over the weekend
No, never succeeds. There’s some connection issues as dovetail live articles also never load in, but mastery seems to be recording ok.
