Before Rush Hour, the weather selection screen had a background pic of an outdoor scene. That is totally logical as one can see the changes whilst moving the sliders. With RH someone thought it was a brilliant idea to change the background pic to an indoor scene. Result: moving the sliders around for clouds, percipitation, wetness etc are rendered useless as one can no longer see the changes...
