I am unable to advance through the introduction past the first advice of looking up, down, left and right. I keep doing this with my mouse and cannot move on to the next section. Is there anyway, I can bypass this instruction as it is annoying and has happened before on another route where I never was able to complete the introduction tutorial? I have used two different mouses so it is not my mouse that is the fault! I do wish DTG would delete this instruction as it is nothing new.
You can bypass the tutorial by going into the settings (accessible through the pause screen) and setting “Auto Load Journeys” to Off. It’ll likely make your whole playing experience more enjoyable, since you’ll be able to drive whatever you want.
This sure is the strangest part of the introduction, for sure. I remember I spent 5 minutes or more with that once... I pass this test usually by staring (looking longer into the direction) a couple of seconds. Try to move the mouse so that the little white arrow on the icon is at the point where it changes from down to up when you move the mouse like 1 milimeter. Thats the spot. Now don't move for like 5 seconds.
You need to move the cursor/pointer so it is looking at/on the marker it is giving you. It took me a minute or two to realise after randomly looking in all directions. Then I realised you had to move your view to point at the marker it is giving you. There are four to look at in total.
