Do I Need To Call A Locksmith?

I am running a passenger train on the Main-Spessart Bahn. I have gotten the prompt to unlock doors so as to load passengers. I have successfully accomplished this before, but for some reason now when I attempt to use the switch on the left to unlock all doors and then the one on the right to unlock passenger doors, it does not work. The prompt remains and no passengers load. Was ist los hier?

 

I had the same issue two days ago. In my case, I needed to first set the master switch to Forward (though I think Neutral might work as well)
