Having an issue in Sand Patch with Fully Fuelled.
I successfully got to the summit.
Walked the mile back to the rear loco’s
Did the unhook & got the “wait for a moment”
Climbed into the cab of the front loco.
Got it ready for lead, but couldn’t back up.
Got it spinning the wheels but no go.
Had a look up front & it was embedded in to the last car.
I must have done something wrong but it’s a long one to redo if the results going to be the same.
    Anyone shed some light ?

Try loco/consist brake - bail off and wait. Apply full loco brake. Apply some power, wait 30secs or so, then release loco brake.
I was never patient enough on these scenarios.
It takes a 'long' time for the brakes to release and the consist to 'expand' / 'contract' before you can move.

    I'll try that, next time.
What about the front of the loco being embedded into the rear of the last car ?
