Not sure how to describe it so I'll leave a picture. It's always present on all routes within the simulator, not on the menus. You can see the purple flickering at the bottom of the screen.
Turn motion Blur back on for some reason if you turn it off the game does this. I left it on so i dont damage my screen.
Check your scan-settings on your TV screen. Set it to original or something similar, not to over- or under-scan. The wrong scan settings can reveal visible artefacts that are normally outside the visible image frame. It's an old thing mainly for CRT monitors/TVs , but still present because some equipment does this wrong already in the HDMI areas today.
I dont make the game dude, it just noticed it happens with it off i turned it off and on and you can see it happen as you apply the settings.
Now that i think about it, It happened pre update but i think the update reset a couple of settings so more people noticed. Because i noticed it when i bought SEHS and i got that a month before the update.
I get this too, most noticeably on GWE but it is also really bad on Boston sprinter. I do seem to get it to an extent on every route. I'm on xbox one by the way, and I always turn motion blur off, so I will have a go with motion blur on, when I get a chance, and see if it stops it. Edit: don't think it's an issue with the TV screen as I've never seen it with any other game, or with any other device Edit 2: just done a quick test and I can confirm that it only seems to do it when motion blur is switched off. If I leave motion blur on then the flickering is not present. Never noticed before as I always switch motion blur off straight away
The same issue in the original post i noticed it around the time i bought SEHS so it happened before the update. It seems to be a game engine issue i leave motion blur on because i dont want it to ruin my TV
A solid bright spot on a TV for multiple hours of game play can the edges of the screen are constantly flickering white Similar to burn in on a cell phone or other oled displays.
Really depends on the panel but everyone has a different set up. Either way its an issue that should be taken care off vs ignored.
