So I noticed it already yesterday directly after the update, I also noticed it today while playing the new DLC (which is awesome btw). I got massive problems with lag and stuttering since the last update came out, the FPS is still decent for my rig (40-60 FPS) but it is no longer a smooth ride since Wednesday. My Rig: Intel i5-3470 (yes its old I know, I get a new rig this year) Geforce GTX 1050 TI 16 GB DDR3 RAM 250GB SSD 1 TB SSHD I am playing on Steam.
Tested on the new german route and I can conferm there's tons of stuttering, far worse than expected to be honest. I didn't tested on older routes yet.
For what it's worth, I've never experienced such an extreme amount of stuttering and hitching before with a PS4 Pro as with this route. Literally every second or two saw a hitch, like watching a poorly converted video. I'm running in 4K so I'm going to try setting the console video output to 1080p to see if it helps.
Same here i9 10900, 2080ti, 32gb ram and ssd. Running 40-70fps on ultra at 125% but then lags up on occasion.
