Has the brakes in London Underground been changed so they aren't as effective as they used to be? Or am I just misremembering and they are as they always have been since release? Just seems they aren't as good as I thought but its been months since I played it so maybe I'm misremembering.
Yes they appear to have been messed with - I’m thinking accidentally. on default (rheo brakes) the train brakes should be spread from notches 1-4 however they appear to be spread into EP brakes notches 5-6 also
This is helpful, I thought it was just me. I haven't played London Underground in a few months, but I finished the Cathcart Journey the other night and went to play a service from Queen's Park to Elephant. After setting up the train in the siding I flew into the Queen's Park Station overspeed (I have found this is the only way to start nearly on schedule) and Spad as I couldn't stop on time. Restarted and tried again going much slower but still managed to not stop before the signal. I gave up and went back to the Clinchfield Journey
I’ve raised a ticked on support site (you should too). With the speed limit changes it should now definitely be easier to keep to timetable but this braking issue makes it impossible as you need a much slower inbound speed - I doubt I’ll play Bakerloo till it’s fixed
Brake force 100% has been lowered on PS5 I only used to use 1/2 after speaking with a 72 stock driver
Yeah I'm PS5. Strange I think they have been changed a bit. They definitely arnt as effective as on my PS4 Pro.
