When approaching Wattenscheid from direction Duisburg-->Bochem during a clear sky night, the building can be clearly seen in a distance. It's a very odd sight...
From Google Maps. I don’t know the name of it but it’s some kind of industrial building - maybe it’s a nuclear facility and that’s why it glows.
I guess when you know how the real building looks like, you start to realize it's actually not just a badly done low-poly model. Perhaps adding a bit of detail to it would help, as I orgininally assumed the big blue square was a bunch of windows not properly rendered. The lighting doesn't really help do the building any good either.
