They are taking care of it. They are working at it. Think yourself lucky you have one route that is not working, others like myself have three routes and loco DLC that wont work since the PS5 firmware update. Sony engineers are also looking at select PSN players who are having problems like me and a few others to try and figure out why routes and loco DLC are not available to be used. When PS4 had the same sort of problem after an update some of us were twenty plus routes short for way over a week. So you are lucky if only one route short.
Lucky???? You must be kidding? I cannot transfer my save from the ps4 and cannot play what i payed for and i am lucky!? I think there is a word in english to discribe what you said but i cannot use it on the forum...
Whilst waiting on a solution, a workaround has been found (as detailed in the above linked thread). Basically if you delete a DLC you don’t use, one of the missing ones should then show up, this may be related to file size so if for example you want to have Dresden - Riesa, you may need to delete 6/7gb of DLC.
No neither can I or other people that have transferred from a ps4 to a ps5. Its a known issue that cannot be resolved at this present time. Your not the only one that has problems with the game. Its being dealt with by both Sony and DTG. So have a little patience and quit thinking your the only one having game issues round here. Hentis.
My only issue is the type of comments that you made... I have all the right to ask for the content i payed. It not my fault that people like yourself dont get it... And its almost a week now by the way...
With the PS4 fault with the core update a lot of us lost twenty plus routes as well as locos including myself. So I agree with Hentis, you are lucky
Agreed, needs to be fixed ASAP especially with more routes becoming increasingly dependent on most the DLC for layering.
Hey - we're updating the latest news we have on this thread. Sony's engineers are investigating - at the moment, we're reliant on their diagnosis of the issue, as it may have something to do with something that's changed with the core PS5 update that came last week (something we unfortunately have no visibility on, or access to investigate). I know and have lots of other games and routes to play... In the last two year tsw and tsw2 were the games i spend most money and bought all the dlc but 2. The game has improved a lot since...but the last 5 weeks are the worst service i had with a game... Is one problem after other and like some of you like to remember, im not the only one and i am not the worst case! thats why we need to talk about it and complain till the problem is fixed because we (costumers) are the ones that pay the bill and have the rigth to ask what is going on! Sorry for my bad English.

I am pretty sure Hentis is referring to paulmurphy_88 criticising his use of the word your. Hentis would not criticise others for using the wrong grammar.
