Today, I am suggesting the West Coastway Line for TSW 2. Most of the information can be found in this video: The West Coastway Line runs from Brighton to Southampton Central. It contains over 35 Stations, and 60 Miles of track. There would be multiple TOC's that operate services along this route. These TOC's include Southern, South Western Railway, Thameslink, and GWR. Rolling Stock Class 150 Class 158 Class 166 Class 313 Class 377 Class 444 Class 450 Class 700 -- Obviously, all of these trains wouldn't come with the route, although, there can be some layering opportunities. The Class 166, Class 313, and Class 377 could all be layered onto the route, while the base route comes with the Class 150 and Class 450. The Class 700 could then be sold as a Loco DLC. What do you think about this suggestion? I feel like the West Coastway Line could give a similar playing experience to that of the East Coastway Route, just with more Services, A Bigger Variety of Trains, and more Stations.
This would be a perfect addon for TSW 2. It would complete the trio of lines that come out of Brighton, and with so much diversity of trains and operators on the route, I think it'd be great.
Excellent idea and a better move to sell the route is combined it with East Coastway Line Brighton Main Line as the Brighton route bundle for the same price of £24.99 UK for the United States its $29.99. ($35.33 using the current 5/10/21 exchange rate of British pound to US Dollar exchange rate of £1=$1.41 if the United States price for the route is turned to British pounds you get £20 due to $1= 70p). Only the class 158 can layer onto Great Western Main Line and to make it easy why have great Western Main Line give West Coastway class 166. Remember the German routes are the ones that have layers of New and existing DLC getting added to them. Example of an old routes giving layers to New routes is Main Spessart Bahn giving DB BR146.2 DB BR185 to Haputstrecke München Augsburg Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen Haputstrecke Hamburg-Lübeck and the Rush Hour Route straight from TS 21 Riesa-Dresden.
Any route with any Sprinter would be amazing. But maybe the SWR would be a bit difficult but nevertheless it would be a good addition to TSW2
This is an excellent route and idea. And of course, include the class 66, 37 and 67 for the freight layers and services.
This route really would complement the other Brighton area routes and offer so much more variety. Good choice Zeenoz.
Indeed, would also be a logical choice to enjoy the 313 to its full potential as opposed to running it just to Lewes and Seaford on ECW.
