How do I copy the text from one side of a loco to the other? I can’t seem to be able to get to place text on the opposite side at all. Confused…..

So depending on what it is your copying, press X to make the 2nd copy, select 2nd copy, press A, one done, press menu ( 3 lines ) then either mirror first, or select "change side"

Note also that with design elements which aren't affected by mirroring (i.e. shapes rather than text), you can save a few layers by using the original on both sides at once: just open "projection settings" and move both sliders all the way to the right. This will extend the shape right through to the other side.
