   In the Chemical plant scenario the BR363 should run around a consist of tanker wagons. However, the path is not indicated properly, it looks as if you need to drive towards the tankers and the push them forward.

   Yes, got me too at first. Drive around the wagons on the adjacent track. That'll work.
